David Townsend began his employment as an Insurance Agent in 1993. He was promoted to Vice President in 1997 and began to oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency. In April 2005, David was promoted to Executive Vice President and was tasked with managing all aspects of the business for the agency owner. David purchased the agency on May 1, 2008. The agency is now operated as Godleski-Townsend Agency.
Godleski Insurance Agency,Inc. has maintained a presence in the “South Hills” for over 35 years. The agency has operated in its’ current location for almost 20 years, specializing in Personal Lines coverages including: auto, home, boat and life insurance. The agency also manages the insurance needs for many small and medium sized businesses that our clients own and operate.
The staff has combined experience of more than 60 years. The agency provides service to clients located in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia. The staff prides themselves on the personal service and individual attention that is delivered to clients.
