TCM Home Health provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, along with skilled nursing care for Southern Allegheny, Washington, Fayette and Greene Counties.
Whether you or someone you know is recovering from a stroke, joint replacement or other illness, our goal is to help you recover while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Our skilled nursing services include education, wound care, orthopedic care, pain and medication management, I.V. therapy and care coordination. Supportive counseling is provided by our medical social service team. 
We accept a wide range of insurances, including Medicare, Highmark Blue Cross, Freedom Blue and Security Blue.
